More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally featured in this new document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a key labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
